Communication. We prefer WhatsApp for quick updates and scheduled video calls for major milestones. Every client receives their own dedicated Google Drive folder — one place for all project files, meeting notes, mood boards, and recaps. Email is available for formal documents and approvals.
Payments. We accept payment via Whish to +961 70 860 181 only — no bank transfer. All payments must be credited before or on the agreed date.
Site Visit & Assessment. Especially for under construction sites, before any design work begins, we conduct an on-site assessment. We visit your space, take measurements, discuss your vision in person, and within 48 hours we send you a full assessment report including a colour mood board and a detailed invoice for the design fee. The site visit fee ranges from $50–$150 depending on location and distance. If you choose to proceed with the design, this site visit fee is fully credited toward your design fee. For existing houses or rooms, pictures of the space and a plan with dimensions, if applicable, will be enough to evaluate the cost.
Timeline. A full home typically takes 3–6 months from concept to handover. Smaller projects move faster. We build a detailed timeline plan, submit it for your approval, and keep you updated at every stage. We will be honest about what is possible and what is not.
We do not take on every project. We take on the ones we believe we can do justice to. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you — and we will try to point you toward someone who is.

زيارة الموقع والتقييم. خاصةً للمواقع قيد البناء، قبل أي عمل تصميم، نجري تقييماً ميدانياً. نزور مساحتك، ونأخذ القياسات، ونناقش رؤيتك شخصياً، وخلال ٤٨ ساعة نرسل لك تقرير تقييم كامل يتضمن لوحة مزاج بالألوان وفاتورة مفصلة لأتعاب التصميم. تتراوح رسوم زيارة الموقع من ٥٠$ إلى ١٥٠$ حسب الموقع والمسافة. إذا قررت المضي قدماً في التصميم، تُحتسب رسوم الزيارة بالكامل ضمن أتعاب التصميم. للمنازل أو الغرف الموجودة، ستكون صور المساحة والمخطط مع الأبعاد، إن وُجد، كافية لتقييم التكلفة.
الجدول الزمني. المنزل الكامل يستغرق عادةً ٣–٦ أشهر من المفهوم إلى التسليم. المشاريع الأصغر تكون أسرع. نبني خطة زمنية مفصلة، نقدمها لموافقتك، ونُبقيك على اطلاع في كل مرحلة. سنكون صريحين بشأن ما هو ممكن وما ليس كذلك.
لا نتولى كل مشروع. نتولى فقط المشاريع التي نعتقد أننا نستطيع الإنصاف فيها. إذا لم نكن المناسبين، فسنقول لك — وسنحاول أن نرشدك نحو من هو كذلك.
