Croissanji

Café & Bakery — Second Branch, Dekwaneh

A brand isn't just a logo — it's a space you can taste. For Croissanji's second branch, we translated the bakery's playful identity into interior language: deep burgundy as the anchor, warm cream stucco walls, oak wood surfaces, and neon script declaring "In Croissant We Trust."

The smartest part of this project is what we didn't throw away. Existing tables were cut to fit the new layout, the metal grid ceiling structure was repainted in brand red, bench seating and track lighting were retained and reworked — a renovation that delivered a completely new identity without the cost of starting from zero.

Every centimetre was planned for service: clear sightlines from entrance to counter, waiter paths that never cross guest circulation, and seating for everyone — from the solo coffee at the street-facing bar to family booths in the back.
